Made from marine-grade, UV-resistant vinyl, the F7 resists wear caused by constant exposure to seawater, salt spray, sunlight, and physical contact—ensuring high resilience and performance longevity.

With a massive volume of 85 litres, the F7 is engineered to absorb considerable kinetic energy, protecting larger vessels during high-stress operations like tug assists, fishing port landings, or offshore platform docking.

Measuring 1020 mm in length and 375 mm in diameter, it offers broad surface contact with dock walls or neighboring hulls, allowing for better pressure distribution and impact deflection.

The fender is equipped with two heavy-duty ropeholds, each reinforced with multiple strengthening ribs, enabling secure vertical or horizontal mounting without the risk of eye failure under tension.

The 28 mm eye diameter provides compatibility with a wide range of marine rigging options, including heavy-duty ropes, mooring cleats, stainless shackles, or chain lashing systems.

Despite its size and performance, the fender weighs only 5.30 kg, enabling manageable deployment by two crew members or even a single person with a hook or fender basket.

The fender must be inflated to a pressure of 0.15–0.20 bar at 20°C, as over-inflation can reduce product lifespan or compromise its internal structure—critical for vessel safety and performance assurance.

It has been laboratory-tested to function in extreme temperatures ranging from -30°C to +60°C, making it ideal for commercial or naval operations in both cold-weather ports and tropical marine zones.
